THE FULL BIN RESET
First visit: I finish the wash and email your photo and invoice. Cash is due immediately afterward; Zelle or Venmo within 48 hours.
Returning visits: $129 each. For Zelle or Venmo, pay two days before the agreed date to confirm. If we agree on a closer date, pay on approval, before the visit. No automatic subscription. If the job can’t be done for any reason, you get a full refund. The one exception: if I’ve already arrived and your bins aren’t accessible under the scope and access terms we agreed when you signed up.
Request your preferred trash day. I’ll confirm whether the route has room.
Pay the way that works for you. If you choose cash, be there to say hello before I begin. Cash is due immediately after every wash, including repeat visits. Confirm a repeat cash visit with me two days ahead, or on approval for a closer date. No advance cash handoff.
The sweep covers an accessible bin-storage area up to 50 square feet. I’ll put bins back within 50 feet along a clear, level path. Leave the small kitchen compost pail outside and empty if you want it cleaned.
One, two or three bins: the same visit price. More than three bins or commercial work needs a separate quote. No surprise add-ons.
Leave the bins empty after collection and give me access to your outdoor water connection. We agree on the washing location and access first, including where the wastewater goes.
Ordinary residue removal and odor reduction are included. Trash hauling, hazardous materials, heavy grease, repairs, enclosure pressure washing and permanent pest prevention are outside this service.
Change of plans? Contact me before work starts. If the job can’t be done for any reason, choose another date or a full refund of any prepayment. The one exception: if I’ve already arrived and your bins aren’t accessible under the scope and access terms we agreed when you signed up. A first visit that never happens isn’t charged.
