The little details.
Service terms and privacy notice · updated September 24, 2026. Mad Little Dude Bin Rescue is a Zen Pirates LLC business serving the west side of Los Angeles: Inglewood, Ladera Heights and Westchester. Sending a request creates no contract, booking or payment obligation; a visit is confirmed only when we both agree to it.
Your visit
$129 per visit for up to three empty residential rolling bins. Includes washing inside/outside, lids, rims, handles and wheels; one small empty kitchen compost pail; a dry sweep of an accessible storage area up to 50 square feet; return of bins within 50 feet on a clear level path; and a private completion photo. More than three bins or commercial work needs a separate quote. No rush fees or automatic subscription.
Approval before work
You must be at least 18 and authorized to arrange service at the property. A request is not a confirmed visit. We reply to your email, review the service address, collection day, available route and access, and offer a specific date, afternoon arrival window and full price. You accept that offer and these terms before work begins. Any change in price or scope requires your agreement first.
First wash: service first, payment afterward
By accepting an approved first visit, you agree to pay the agreed $129 service fee immediately after completion if paying cash, or within 48 hours after the service is completed and the invoice is delivered to your email if paying by Zelle or Venmo. The exact due date and time appear on the invoice. Pay-after-service is a timing arrangement, not a free trial or an optional payment. We send a completion photo with the invoice email. For Zelle and Venmo, if invoice delivery is delayed, the 48-hour period starts on delivery.
Please contact us promptly if you believe work is incomplete, incorrect or damaged your property. We will review the concern and agree an appropriate resolution, which may include re-cleaning, a price adjustment or a refund. We pause collection follow-up on a disputed amount while we review it. This does not limit rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
If a payment is overdue
We may send payment reminders and pause future visits until the outstanding balance is resolved. If an undisputed amount remains unpaid after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it, we may pursue lawful recovery of the amount owed. These terms do not add late fees, penalties, automatic charges or automatic collection costs.
Returning visits
For returning visits paid by Zelle or Venmo, payment two days before the agreed date confirms your appointment. If approved less than two days ahead, payment is due on approval before service. For cash, confirm the arrangement with us two days before, or on approval if closer; payment is due immediately after completion. A request alone is not confirmation. Each visit is separately approved, and the offer email states its confirmation deadline. Prepayments are covered by the refund terms below.
Payment methods and cash visits
Payment options are Zelle, Venmo and cash. Payment details are included in the approved visit email; nothing is paid on this website. If paying cash, you must be there to say hello before work starts and pay immediately after the wash is finished, on both first and returning visits. No advance cash handoff. We provide a payment receipt.
Collection and access
Provide a known collection day for the selected bins and accurate set-out and return locations. Bins and the optional compost pail must be empty and accessible. You authorize use of your outdoor water connection. Any electricity requirement, washing location and wastewater arrangement must be agreed before service. Please don’t send door codes, alarm codes or hidden-key locations through the website form.
Trash hauling, hazardous materials, sharps, heavy grease, repairs, enclosure pressure washing and permanent pest prevention are excluded. Cleaning reduces ordinary residue and odor; it does not guarantee permanent pest prevention or disinfection. The washing location and wastewater arrangement are agreed with you before each first visit.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact us before work begins to cancel or reschedule. If for any reason the job can’t be done, you get a full refund of any prepayment, or you can choose another date instead. The one exception: if we have already arrived on site and the bins are inaccessible under the scope and access terms agreed during onboarding. A first visit that never happens is not charged. Statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain available.
Your information
The booking form collects your name, email, service address, collection day, number of bins, preferred date and any notes you add. We use it only to schedule your bin service and to contact you about it.
Each submission is stored on our own server and emailed to us through an email service provider (Resend). We never sell your information or use it for advertising. This website has no online payments and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Photos and email
Completion photos document the wash and return of your bins. We email a bin-only copy to you. Email copies can be forwarded or kept outside our system, so we avoid faces, house numbers, license plates and access details in the frame. Public posting or advertising requires your separate, optional permission; booking does not grant it.
Messages about your requests, visits and invoices are part of the service. We don’t send marketing email unless you ask for it.
